Deep Breathing vs. Shallow Breathing: The Key to Stress Relief and Success?

The mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality


Stress and anxiety are two different terms with two different meanings. The human body has two neuro systems. The upper one is called the synthetic nervous system and the other one is the para-synthetic nervous system. Normally the air we inhale goes to the lungs and beneath those, there is a diaphragm that expands when the body breathes in (if you do it properly).

Shallow Breathing:

The problem is when we respire, it is only limited to the lungs and that is called a malfunction of utilizing oxygen (the primary life element). These days your breaths are so short that it is not even capable of expanding the lower diaphragm. That bad practice is called shallow breathing. We have not been gifted with life as a whole but with breath counting by nature. You all must have observed that the life span of dogs is shorter than that of turtles. Dogs breathe in and out rapidly and that is not the case with turtles the turtles take only two breaths in a minute approximately, they live sometimes over hundreds of years. All the game of success or frustration belongs to how we inhale or outhale. The shallow breaths can be grabbed by the sympathetic nervous system. That is responsible for releasing stress-releasing Harmon hydrocortisone and adrenalin Harmon, released when the body feels any danger and consequently keeps you agitated and aggressive. Normally, (deep breathing) the flow of oxygen we breathe in should knock on the door of the umbilicus (naval). I am sure that you know already that the placenta of the baby is connected from the child’s novel point to the mother’s. And nourishment for the baby is measured through that divine rope in the womb.

Deep Breathing:

I want to make sure you will be successful and wealthy if you do deep breathing for half an hour. it is not as expensive as buying a Lamborgini to navigate downtown. You do choose stress and can not identify the major gap between the meaning of stress and anxiety. You want to draw other’s attention towards you by uttering heavy words like anxiety to explain your problem. We can overcome any situation in our life by simply avoiding such serious-looking words as anxiety disorder or depression. The only thing you have to do is just sit on your couch and introspect the state of your mind and you will find that this so-tiny issue you can simply handle by commanding your brain with a little attention. but if you keep assuming your problems are bigger than they are, this situation will turn out to be a disease when we assume it is a disease. (In the same way as affirmation works in the law of attraction concept). Deep breathing can change your life dramatically.
