Unburden Your Mind: How to Stop Ruminating Thoughts and Manifest a Positive Future

Memory is not our good friend always. Our mind stores the data fetched from the experiences of any situations we have passed through before. But what if our memory becomes the father of overthinking?

The human mind is prone to panic. The mind is so sensitive to the bad things compared to the good things.

We have to give commands to our mind for any action we want. We can do it in two ways. The one is direct command at the time of thinking and the other is to give command to our subconscious mind with the help of manifestation technique.

The latter is effective for the wishes you want shortly soon and is an excellent way of getting rid of ruminating thoughts in your brain. In this way, you have to cleanse your subconscious by uprooting the junk thoughts established there for years and now part of it.

First, start unlearning all the bad memories like guilt, sense of unethical actions, doubts, fear, etc. These are the extra weight you have been carrying for decades (or in some cases, your previous births too). In short, you have to rewire your brain to sow new seeds of thoughts.

Once in one of my sessions, A very old smiling lady came to me and said hello. I greeted her with the respect. After some time in the lunch break, she again said hello and asked me who I was. I again greeted her with a smile and introduced myself to her. When my session ended. One more time She asked me who I was but She remained happy and calm throughout the session. This time I was a bit baffled and thought the lady had gone mad. A caretaker of hers came to me and told the truth, that the lady had some mental problem and was the victim of Alzheimer (an ailment relating to memory loss).

Bad memories can be like heavy chains, binding us to our past and preventing us from moving forward.

Our bad memories are there to hinder our potential growth and success.

So no memory no ruminating.

The human brain generates 50,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day and 2,500 thoughts per hour. Now 95% of these thoughts iterate themselves automatically. Between 70 and 80% of those thoughts are negative.

This means that 95% of the thoughts your brain processes today are the same thoughts you processed yesterday, and this is how ruminating or overthinking happens.

If you pay attention to these thoughts, you will be surprised to find that the most useless thoughts pass through the mind at tremendous speed.

Is it wise to go for an evening walk with a backpack on? Similarly, we pass our lives with the heavy backpack of our Guilts in our brains. The world is moving around manifestation.

The daily prayer of people, the chirp of the birds, the humming sound of the space, and the fragrance of the first rain, etc. Everything is invoked by the manifestation of the universe itself.

When you are interested in clearing your life’s obstacles and making it lighter. You should start manifesting a better life.

But it is possible only if you make your life guilt-free. Guilt is not part of your life. Whatever you have done in your past should be regretted for just a short time. Later, you should get rid of your mind to that level of emptiness that you were born with. If you have done something unethical and assume you were the reason behind that, The only regression for that unethical deed is your forgetting of those memories as you are not here to spoil the order of other’s lives; when you are unfit you will be the core reason for the sorrow and sadness of those people surrounding you.

Bad memories have a way of creeping into the corners of our minds, waiting to ambush us when we least expect it.
